Supermetrics
Supermetrics is an API (Application Programming Interface) software that connects two programs. It connects data from different marketing platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook, PPC, and SEO tools, and loads it into a data warehouse.
Accessibility Statement
Our journey will pass through several phases. We are currently working to address any critical issues that block key user journeys.
From there, we will then focus on achieving conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA across each product, and that work will blend into the work to deliver highly usable experiences for people living with disability. In parallel, we will be changing the way we work so each team considers accessibility as a natural part of our design and engineering lifecycle.

This VPAT evaluation conducted on May 19, 2025 shows full compliance with WCAG standards across all levels (A, AA, and AAA). The Supermetrics Marketing Website successfully meets all evaluated success criteria.
Impact:
The Supermetrics Marketing Website demonstrates excellent accessibility compliance, ensuring all users, including those with disabilities, can effectively access and use the website. The full compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards at all levels (A, AA, and AAA) indicates a strong commitment to digital accessibility and inclusive design.

This VPAT evaluation conducted on March 11, 2025 shows partial compliance with WCAG standards. The product meets most accessibility requirements but has three Level A violations that need to be addressed.
Key Issues (Level A):
• Info and Relationships (1.3.1) - 1 violations
• Bypass Blocks (2.4.1) - 1 violations
• Name, Role, Value (4.1.2) - 1 violations
Impact:
These Level A violations impact accessibility for users with disabilities. Issues with Info and Relationships (1.3.1) affect how content structure is conveyed to assistive technologies. Bypass Blocks (2.4.1) violations make it difficult for keyboard users to skip repetitive content. Name, Role, Value (4.1.2) issues prevent assistive technologies from properly identifying and operating interface components. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the accessibility of the product.
